The LiftReady Today screen: this morning’s readiness score and today’s workout

What LiftReady does

One plan for the whole day, and it keeps adjusting as you log.

A look inside

Real screens from the app, with a sample account.

How readiness works

Every morning LiftReady asks how today should go, and answers from your own numbers.

  1. What goes in

Last night’s sleep, a 10-second check-in (energy, mood, stress, soreness), your recent training load and yesterday’s food. With a watch, resting heart rate and HRV too.

  2. A score from 0 to 100

Heart numbers are compared with your own 14-day normal, not someone else’s. Each part shows what moved it.

  3. Today follows it

On a good day you push: heavier sets or more volume. On a low day it eases off or adds recovery, and tells you why.

Readiness is a wellness estimate to guide your training. It isn’t a medical measurement and doesn’t diagnose anything.

Who it’s for

For adults 18 and older. No experience needed: tell it your goal, schedule and equipment, and it starts from there.

Questions

Can I use it on the web and on iPhone?

Yes, with one account. LiftReady works in any modern browser today, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app. The iPhone app is coming soon: sign in there with the same account and everything is waiting.

Is there an Android app?

Not yet. On Android, use LiftReady in Chrome and add it to your home screen.

Does it work with my watch?

Through Apple Health, in the iPhone app (coming soon). Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura and WHOOP can all write to Apple Health, and LiftReady reads sleep, heart rate, HRV and workouts from there. There’s no direct connection to those companies’ own apps. On the website you log your sleep yourself in a few taps.

How does the free trial work?

Pick a plan and add a card. You pay $0 today, and the first charge comes 7 days later, on a date shown before you start. Cancel before then and you aren’t charged.

How do I cancel?

Any time, in Account › Manage billing on the website (or Settings › Subscription in the app). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and aren’t charged again.

Can I get a refund?

Charged by mistake, for example a renewal you meant to cancel? Email us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll look at it. Approved refunds go back to your card through Stripe in 5–10 business days. The Terms have the details.

Where is my health data kept?

Your sleep, heart rate, HRV, check-ins, journal, injuries and progress photos stay on your own phone or browser and aren’t sent to our servers. Your plan, workouts, meals and weight are saved in your account so they sync between your devices. We don’t sell data or show ads. See the privacy policy.

Is this medical advice?

No. LiftReady gives general fitness, nutrition and sleep guidance, and readiness is a wellness estimate, not a medical measurement. Check with a doctor before starting a new program, especially with an injury or a medical condition.

Who can use LiftReady?

Adults 18 and older, from beginners to experienced lifters and runners.
